If you’re here, you’re probably interested in toning your abs but can’t afford a tummy tuck. You may think it’s a shame you can’t afford one but I’m here to tell you you don’t need to buy a tummy tuck, you can do it yourself.
I’m not a personal trainer, and I don’t have a gym membership or expensive exercise equipment. I can’t afford any of that. But I’ve got experience, and I’m here to share it with you.
Here, you’ll read all about what helps me and what doesn’t. This site chronicles everything I’ve learned from my fitness journey. I’ve lost over 30 pounds in the past year and the biggest surprise with losing weight was my homemade tummy tuck! My abs shaped up with a combination of cardio and core moves. I’m now on a mission to lose those last ten pounds and get that six pack.
I’ll share what I learn along the way because my hope is to inspire you to get the body you want. Fitness begins in the mind and once you get your mind right, you’ll be amazed at far you will go.
A little bit more about me… I’m a long-time vegetarian. I’ve always enjoyed aerobics and I’d rather work out in my living room than in a gym. I like a challenge, which makes working out kind of fun for me. I always try to do better than I did the day before. I’ve never attempted serious strength training until I started p90x. I love, love, love stretching and I’m working on my flexibility so I can perform yoga with grace instead of grunts! My two favorite fitness folks are Jillian Michaels and Tony Horton. I want Jillian’s arms/shoulders and Tony’s enthusiasm. That’s not asking for too much, and I won’t stop till I get them!
I want you to know you already have everything you need to get the body you want. I hope to inspire you with my experience.
