  1. Hey, your results are amazing!! However I can’t find the steps you took (workouts/food intake) you used to achieve them. Are they in your site somewhere? Thanks!


    1. Hi, Amber and thanks for visiting! I’ll have to post what I did but I can give it to you in a nutshell: I did Jillian’s 30-Day Shred but I did it for way longer than a month! And I ate around 1200 calories a day.

      I’ll post my routine within the next couple of days…
